As you grow old, the more you encounter challenges as part of life and that becomes your own experiences, you can put it directly into your resume once you make. Eventually you can delete old information that are not anymore relevant to your preferred work and continuously add the new ones, making your resume more updated and gives fresh look about yourself.

It is more applicable and useful if you have professional experiences before which can be a factor for giving you a chance of being selected from all the applicants to go for the next application process.

Doing an internship resume as part of your basic resume should be in sequential. Proper formatting can be done by starting to the most recent one including the date.
